- Liz Cechulak Added August 23, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Made the most of the 20% off sale and visited this store today to use my Birthday and rose gold status voucher and all I can say is WOW what a horrific experience! While the girl who served me in store - Sophie - was absolutely delightful and a true credit to Mimco, the other staff member who stood there glaring at me and looking me up and down for the entire 10 minutes I was in store is an absolute disgrace. While I appreciate I may not have been at my most glamorous given I was in uniform and had just finished an 8 hour shift at a very busy hospital, that did not give her the right to make me feel like trash!! There is more to life than inspecting ones acrylic nails and touching up ones lip gloss and perhaps if this sales assistant realized that, she might actually treat people with a bit of kindness. Definitely a store I will avoid from now on!
