- Tiara Pilkington Added February 22, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to the Garden City store today to buy a pendant that I had looked at online, and I found that the online prices were vastly different from the in-store prices. Online I could buy a pendant and chain for $88 (not including shipping and tax which was an extra $20) but in-store the cheapest I could buy it for was $200. I also was not told of the returns policy (although it is my fault for not reading the fine print) and changed my mind having found something of better value and couldn’t get any sort of refund. Overall it isn’t a very customer-friendly store and I would recommend checking the in-store prices before buying.
